Electric Bar Terms and Conditions

Electric Bar Function Suite Terms and Conditions 

1. Charges - Lounge function suite - £120 payable when confirming booking. Price includes resident D.J. when requested. Note - no outside D.J.s allowed
2. Catering must be supplied by the Electric Bar and no booking will be accepted unless catering is used. Catering must be paid 7 days prior to function
3. Deposit and booking form must be received within 7 days of booking - if neither deposit  nor form is received within the timescale, then the Electric Bar will deem the booking to have been cancelled.
4. The use of Party Poppers, drawing pins, blue tac and sellotapes etc. for decoration purposes is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.
   
5. Any damage or losses will be the responsibility of the person booking the lounge suite
6. Under no circumstances may food or beverages be brought into the Electric Bar for personal consumption.
7. Please note that entertainment must cease 30 minutes prior to closing and the lounge suite must be cleared in accordance with the Licensing Laws at the same time as the premises and at times requested by the applicant.
